Collecting and using personal data of customers, suppliers and others.

We would like to point out that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary to reach a possible agreement and to carry out the agreed matters in this agreement. This applies to both our (potential) customers and to parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

As a potential customer of ours, we use your data to inform you about our training courses and services, to be able to send you a quote, to determine which specifications and wishes certain items or services must meet, to be able to deliver items/customisation, to perform work for you. to carry out training, to be able to invoice, and to be able to communicate smoothly and efficiently about the implementation aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier, partner or other contractor, your personal data is necessary for the conclusion and implementation of any aforementioned or other type of agreement. When purchasing, this is necessary to be able to let us know which specifications or wishes a certain item or service should comply with in our opinion, to be able to send a request for quotation, to be able to place an order with you, to be able to pay your invoices and quickly and communicate with you efficiently.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we cannot implement the aforementioned matters.

Transfer of data to third parties

In connection with the implementation of any agreement with you, we may have to provide your personal data to parties that supply parts, materials and products to us or carry out work on our behalf. We also use external server space for the storage and registration of our purchasing and sales administration, which includes your personal data. For this reason, your personal data will be added to our server room provider, our supplier of our back office system and our administration system. Finally, if we use an e-mail service, your personal data will be passed on to the provider of this service.

In addition, it is possible that we provide your data to our partners / colleague trainers, if there is reason to do so and we can provide you with a better service and quality of services through that cooperation and the provision of your personal data. In addition, we use Microsoft office in the associated storage options for e-mail and other files. We have a legitimate interest in this transfer because we want to store and process data digitally and outsourcing this has various advantages.

Finally, we may pass on your data to our accountant, bookkeeper, administrator. We have a legitimate interest in this in connection with various legal provisions. In exceptional cases, your data could also be passed on to an insurer, the tax authorities and possibly inspection services. We also have a legitimate interest in this because we must comply with certain legal obligations, and in the event of a conflict or damage, we must be able to claim compensation or legal assistance.

Our website uses functional cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information. Our cookies are functional, which means that they are only placed to enable the proper functioning of the site. 

Google

We use Google Analytics and Search Console to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. DirectMarketing

If you have given permission for this, we will store and use the personal data you have provided to inform you in the future via personal e-mail about our existing and new products and services and possibly make you an offer for this. Every time we send an advertising mailing you have the option to let us know that you no longer appreciate this, see the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each mailing.

Retention period of personal data

If you have requested a quote from us but you have not become a customer with us, we will delete your data no later than one year after our last contact. Even if we have received a quote from you, but we have not become your customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than one year after our last contact. If you have become welcome with us or where you are, we will retain your personal data for a period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement has been fully executed. The period of seven years corresponds to the period within which we are obliged to keep our records for the tax authorities. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.

Imagery

It may be that we want to shoot images (such as photos, videos, etc.) during training days or training days. We will ask you for prior written permission for this. We will use the captured images for training purposes and marketing communications, including on social media. If the image material is used, it will be kept until the end of the application / use. If we have shot material that we do not (or no longer) use, this material will be destroyed no later than one year after the financial year in which it was shot.

Your Rights

Has the right to ask us to view your own personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also request us to supplement your personal data or to change inaccuracies. In addition, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data or to limit the use of your personal data. You can also object to the collection and use of your data or submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you can request that we limit or prohibit the acquisition of your personal data or the transfer of that data to another party. In case of a data breach
