The Sport Performance Specialist course is a unique accredited (KNGF, 48 points) sport-specific all-round course for professionals who want to take the next step as a movement specialist and/or physical trainer to optimally guide athletes or athletes. From prehab/rehab to performance, all aspects are covered that you need as a Sport Performance Specialist to be able to work from an athlete-oriented approach in both team sports and individual sports. You will be guided by real pros who have proven results with athletes behind their name. After completing the training you will be able to develop a detailed and periodized training program in which all aspects for the training of the individual athlete or sports team are discussed.
In our 6-day training we learn to approach your sports performance in a whole new way. We use the Sphere Model and the Efficient Movement Model developed by us in combination with all tools that are currently applicable in top (sports) such as VBT (Velocity Based Training). The Sphere model does not emphasize a single aspect of training, but all elements that influence exercise and training, such as the biological, neurological and psychological aspects, are discussed. With the Sport Performance Specialist course, you learn from the sport and need analysis which (physical) aspects should be trained in a periodized training environment through various forms of monitoring with all innovative tools that are currently available.
The overview on the right gives a clear picture of what you learn as a Sport Performance Specialist.
