An integrated approach
We founded Dutch HDA with the conviction that the quality of training courses for fitness trainers can and must be improved. We attach great importance to an integrated approach. There are many different aspects that influence training and exercise. All these aspects cannot be viewed separately. For example, physiology works closely with neurology and the performance of the body is not only dependent on, for example, biomechanics, but also the psyche.
This way of thinking, which combines different disciplines and indicates the connection between them, has resulted in the development of our own model: The Sphere Model. The Bol model is the ideal framework for us from which we provide the training.
The Sphere model can be approached from two sides: from the inside out and from the outside in. The various spheres, which are different in color, each highlight a unique aspect from which the training doctrine and practice of training can be reasoned. The spheres overlap each other and can be distinguished but not separated. There is a direct connection between all spheres, starting with the yellow sphere.
