E-LEARNING: Theory made accessible

Welcome to Dutch HDA's E-learning library with a series of courses that allow you to work on the theoretical principles of fitness in your own time and pace. The courses are written by Paul Lammers, content director of Dutch HDA. We try to make the sometimes boring material lively with the help of real-life situations. Furthermore, we introduce learning models that offer structure to better understand the material.

With the help of the workbooks and quizzes you are challenged to study the material carefully and to measure your progress. We are constantly working on expanding our E-learning library to offer students easy access to fitness theory.
